Recreational Coach And meal mgt

Location: Corona Del Mar

We are seeking for couple of energetic, talented and passionate Recreational Coach to join our team. The Recreational Coach will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for a 1:1 participant of an adult with multi skill levels in need of weight mgt. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong background in recreational coaching and meal preparations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement training plans and activities for the individual in recreational programs.
- Create and maintain a positive and fun environment where the invidual feel comfortable and motivated to learn
- Create and implement appropriate activities that challenge and inspire participant.
- Communicate effectively with participant, and family to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience
- Foster a sense of teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship between client & self.
- Maintain and manage equipment and supplies and ensure a safe and clean environment
- Stay informed about current trends in recreational coaching and implement best practices
- Able to bring own equipment to the location,such as park, beach,etc.

-Able to assist with meal planning & shopping & prepare nutritious balance meal and clean ups.

-Assist & promote with ADL & over all cleaning of the environment.
-Be Nutrition conscious and be able to prep & cook a balance meals with international flare.
Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recreational coaching
- A degree or certification in Physical Education, Recreation or a related field is preferred but not required .

-Food prep experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants to develop their skills
- Ability to work independently and and promote healthy life style.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary: Negotiable

$18-22/hr
