  • Work with department managers on full cycle recruiting plans as well as meetings.
  • Creation of jobs posting, filtering and scheduling.
  • Effectively fill and maintain optimal personnel in open positions.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Post openings in online venues, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
  • Reviewing applicant resumes.
  • Conducting initial phone interviews with candidates
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews.
  • Scheduling final interviews with hiring managers
  • Update candidate status and disposition.
  • Presenting job offers
  • Maintain recruitment and interview records
