The Home Healthcare Recruiter is a sales orientated individual who is responsible for the external recruitment of non-medical staff (Personal Care Assistants, Companions) and medical staff (RN’s, LPN’s, Therapists) to fulfill open shifts and cases. This role will partner with the company’s leaders to enable business growth by adding recruits and identifying new avenues to assist in bringing in the sheer volume of home healthcare professionals to support our staffing needs.

  • Establishes recruiting priorities with the Sr. Recruiter to fulfill open shifts and cases.
  • Source new candidates using resume databases, internet searches, job boards, asking for referrals, social media and local schools.
  • Post and monitor all job openings on job boards.
  • Complete interviews/screens to ensure candidate meets position qualifications and is interested in providing home care.
  • Grow candidate pipelines for assigned positions.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, aptitudes, and skill sets.
  • Create weekly reports on recruitment efforts to track job sources, background process, clearance, positions filled and positions open to improve recruitment efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of recruiting experience in a home care or health care organization and clear understanding of home healthcare workers specifically skilled and non-skilled
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 including Excel.
  • Professional communication and organization skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Salary: $50,000/yr.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift Monday to Friday in office
