Job description
Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC, a full-service national law firm, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for its Pittsburgh headquarters.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage job postings through various job posting boards and firm website
- Coordinate and manage background checks
- Coordinate conflict checks when necessary
- Select applicants meeting specified job requirements and refer them to hiring personnel.
- Conduct phone screenings and reference checks
- Coordinate interviews with hiring personnel and candidates
- Prepare and send formal offers of employment
- Coordinate onboarding logistics
- Prepare and distribute declination letters
- Maintain attorney agreements: prepare drafts with received changes and distribute executed agreements
- Maintain outside recruiter agreements and facilitate relationship
- Track employee referral bonus program
- Prepare weekly reports and/or when otherwise requested and distribute to necessary recipients
- Create and maintain personnel files
- Maintains I-9 Employment eligibility verification records
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ADP is preferred
