Position Overview:

To assist in delivery of energy products in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s market share and savings, improve the cooperative’s efficiency, help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service experiences. Responsibilities involve operations, deliveries and pick-ups, sales and service, safety and maintenance, and other duties as assigned by management. The team member will maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative. This position is ideal for someone that works extremely well individually and, in a team setting.

Duties include:

· Delivering refined fuel, lubricant products, and installing tanks and corresponding equipment with the best possible service to our customers.

· Being active in prospecting new customers, displays knowledge of products being delivered, and working with Energy Sales Specialist.

· Energetically be a responsible teammate, with proactive team assistance, including day-to-day tasks assisting with customers resulting in exceptional customer experiences.

· Responsible for invoicing of delivered refined fuel products correctly.

· Strong customer service skills – you will assist and work with customers daily to bring an exceptional experience for current customers and potential customers.

· Available to work extended hours when needed.

· Keeping equipment and work area in clean and working condition.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned and assist other drivers/departments during non-busy times.

· Maintaining equipment – taking pride in the equipment and keeping it maintained daily.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid CDL driver’s license with endorsements.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must have strong communication skills along with problem solving skills.
  • Strong computer/technology skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well as a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
