Job description
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the HR Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting; screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external) for Wythe County Community Hospital, Twin County Regional Hospital; and Clinch Valley Hospital.
Position will work remotely from home, with travel to various recruitment fairs, schools, colleges, etc. in the southwest VA regional area.
Associates Degree required in human resources or a health-related career field. Education may be substituted by four years of directly related recruiting experience.
3 - 5 years in human resources recruiting, preferably in hospital health care.
CHCR or PHR or SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Knowledge of the Southwest VA area is essential..
Previous experience with Taleo applicant system is preferred.
Valid drivers license, with vehicle for work travel.
Knowledge of health care job requirements, licenses and certifications is required.
