General Description of the Role, Mission & Objectives
The purpose of Pricing & Revenue Growth Management practice is to drive sustainable and profitable business growth through the development and application of pricing optimization and revenue growth levers, embedding these capabilities in Campari Group at a Global/Regional/Local level.
This newly created role will be responsible for accelerating the Pricing & Revenue Growth practice and the adoption of a data-driven mindset across markets, in strong collaboration with the Regional VP, Pricing & Revenue Growth, their Business counterpart.
The Regional Commercial FP&A Director (P&RG) will act as Global - Local Link and accelerator and driver for In-Market Countries (IMCs), directly executing the defined analysis for small IMCs. They will have an active part in P&RG capabilities development, supporting IMCs in their day-to-day activities and acting as a sounding board for both local best practices amplification and development needs.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Act as link between Global and Local level, ensuring Global directives (e.g. developed pricing scenarios, set analysis framework, defined capabilities program, etc.) are properly deployed at Local level
- Coordinate the adoption of a common set of analysis/KPIs across countries, following Global directives
- Act as accelerator and driver for IMCs, being the reference point for any Local support need and directly performing the following tasks for small IMCs:
- Run profitability analysis given proposed pricing scenarios
- Perform the analysis of implemented scenarios’ results, supporting in the definition of a remediation plan if needed
- Execute revenue growth analysis, contributing to hypotheses/insights generation, size of prize calculations and action plan
- Define KPIs calculation and tracking dashboards to track performance
- Support their business counterpart, the Regional Pricing & Revenue Growth Director, in driving IMCs scenarios’ evaluation and in elaborating the implementation plan for the selected scenario(s)
- Act as compliance guarantor, supporting governance and cross-countries alignment on Revenue Growth levers
- Is responsible for the Commercial FP&A controlling model governance (e.g. customer hierarchies, pricing schema, accouting for rebates)
- Evaluate best-practices from Local IMCs identifying cross-countries opportunities within the Region and share them with Global, acting as a sounding board
- Contribute to P&RG capabilities development program, collecting and prioritizing Local development needs and coordinating P&RG Community at Regional level
- Act as focal point for DR&A matters in the Region for Commercial FP&A reporting and Advanced Analytics models prioritization, development & roll out

- FP&A competencies, to support/directly perform P&RG analysis execution
- Ability to interpret and use external data to derive insights
- Experience in data management and analytics to target a specific problem
- Accounting proficiency
- Stakeholders' management, to deal with different layers (Global, Local) and seniority levels
- Preferred previous experience in the role of Commercial FP&A/Marketing FP&A at G/R level
- Knowledge of Campari Group internal commercial processes
- MBA preferred

The expected base salary for this position, based in New York City ranges from $161,900-$ 202,375. The range will vary if outside of this location. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
