As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are at the front lines of supporting our field operations teams across the United States. You love interacting with people and establish a rapport and trust easily. You are comfortable working in a fast paced and rapidly growing People & Culture department. You think unconventionally—giving our field teams creative solutions to standard HR issues—think more Tony Stark, less Kronos. Please note this position will be remote, but requires ~50% travel, domestically.

  • Qualifications to be a Human Resources Business Partner with AmeriVet Veterinary Partners Management ·
  • Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business, human resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of HR or related experience.
  • Solution focused. Think unconventionally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Strong working knowledge of business tools and metrics.
  • Attention to detail and strong writing capabilities.
  • Professional follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong work ethic and desire to achieve results.
  • Customer focused mind set.
  • Servant leader mindset.
  • Professional and strong understanding, use, and technical use ability of Microsoft Office products, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Office 365, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe suite, a plus.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer, without restrictions.
  • Travel is required up to 50%, domestic, overnight stays required.
