POSITION SUMMARY:

The Regional Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the inspected units received from

operations.

MAJOR DUTIES:

• Conduct punch walks with operations
• Fill out the appropriate take off forms
• Inspect units as scheduled to ensure deadlines are met
• Making sure Pepper Pike quality standards and compliance expectations are met
• Flexibility with other assigned duties from the Construction Project Manager

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• The physical requirements of this position are related to a standard facilities or maintenance

environment. Must be able to lift, bend, carry, move equipment and furniture, and use cleaning

equipment and/or standard tools. Work is performed both inside and outside, requiring the

ability to work under variable weather conditions. While performing the duties of the job, the

employee is required to hear, talk, stand, walk, reach, stoop, or kneel. Must be able to lift up to

50 pounds without assistance.
