ABA Centers of America provides ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy and diagnostic services to people with autism. We help clients and families in our centers, in homes, and in the community. Our company began with one person trying to get help for two young family members with autism. Now our goal is to bring ABA therapy to as many clients as possible. Our clinics are in multiple locations, and we are expanding rapidly but with careful attention to planning and resources. Client care is at the center of everything we do.

Are you an experienced RBT or BCBA passionate about passing on your skills and helping to create a new generation of autism care professionals? You can have an impact on literally thousands of kids with autism who need ABA therapy by training future RBTs at our own ABA Academy of Excellence. Our Regional Training Coordinators are responsible for promoting our culture of growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implementing RBT Training Program & Orientation, including 40-hour coursework and orientation to ABA Centers of America
- Supporting RBTs throughout the entire onboarding, training, and orientation process
- Providing RBTs with group and individual study support to pass the RBT Exam and maintain an organizational pass rate of at least 90%
- Monitoring best-practice standards, needs of the organization, and current research to ensure RBT Onboarding & Orientation remains first in class
- Attending and presenting at national conferences
- Conducting Safety Care training
- Collaborating with Human Resources, IT, and Operations
- Incorporating clinical standards that will improve client and staff performance
- Oversight of Precepting Program (specifically evaluation of preceptors and reporting of data)
Educational and Work-Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of RBT or BCBA experience
- Active RBT or BCBA certification in good standing
- At least 1-year providing behavioral skills training

- Positive, solution-based collaboration with the team

- Ability to give and receive feedback in a positive and constructive manner
