Job description

Ekilibrium, Inc is always looking for exceptional Registered Behavior Technicians. Technicians will utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis under the close supervision of an RBT Supervisor. The right candidate must:

1. Hold and maintain current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

2. Hold an active Medicaid Provider ID.

3. Have experience working with children with disabilities, follow behavior reduction and behavioral skill acquisition protocols and effectively apply evidence-based interventions.

4. Have strong communication and written skills in English.

5. Be able to reliably conmute to Hialeah, FL 33015.

6. Be available to work an early morning schedule from Monday to Friday.

This is a W-2 job position. We offer RBT Supervision in accordance with the BACB, individualized training, Liability insurance coverage, as well as, competitive rates. Educational Requirements:

· Minimum of a high school diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Certification and Licensure Requirements:

· Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the BACB.

· Maintenance of RBT certification, as well as any required in-services.

· Valid Medicaid Provider Number.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
