Job description

At Beyond Behavior California, our goal is to provide quality and compassionate in-home applied behavior analysis therapy. Beyond Behavior California provides Services to children and adults with Autism as well as any individuals needing additional support.

Responsibilities:

  • RBT's assist and implement behavior analysis services under the direction of their Clinical Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate data collection of programming run each session.
  • Read and respond to all emails within 1 business day
  • Collect signatures from the parent/guardian for each session the day in which it occurs
  • Assist parents with Parent Portal navigation for signing of Clinical Supervisor or BCBA telehealth sessions

Requirements:

  • 18y+
  • Hold a valid Driver's License
  • Hold valid Car Insurance
  • Hold RBT certification or Bachelor's degree
  • Provide proof of certification and degree
  • Lift, push, pull or carry up to 25 lbs
  • Sit, stand, bend and stoop frequently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
