Job Description:

  • Position: RN Oncology
  • Location: Miami, FL
  • Shift: 3X12 Hours Night shift
  • Job Duration: 13 weeks
  • Facility: University of Miami Hospital
  • PayRate- $89/h on W2

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of Oncology RN experience
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • RN State License
  • Covid Vaccinated
  • Must have Chemo Cetified

Responsibilities

  • Working with patients to explain a diagnosis and stage of cancer, discuss treatment options, and assist in managing the side effects and symptoms of cancer and its treatment.
  • Leading a cancer treatment team of various healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinating treatment plans and prescribing various types of treatment, including chemotherapy and immunotherapy.
  • Treating patients with radiation therapy.
  • Assisting patients with pain management.
  • Performing surgical operations to remove tumors and determine whether cancer has spread from the original starting point.

Experience:

  • RN Oncology: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • RN (Preferred)
  • Chemo Certified (Preferred)
