There are two (2) RN vacancies located in the Emergency Department. The shift(s) will be determined by the Department Manager. Preference may be given to the candidate which possess a current BLS, PALS and ACLS certification.

The following is a Special Entrance Rate (SER) for the RN 1-3 Vacancies within the Emergency Department:

RN 1 – Starting Salary is $24 per hour + Shift Diffs.
RN 2 – Starting Salary is $27 per hour + Shift Diffs
RN 3 – Starting Salary is $30 per hour + Shift Diffs.

RN 1-3 Vacancies in the Emergency Department also receive up to an additional $5 per hour actually worked for that department and up to an additional $3 per hour actually worked for active certifications the applicant possesses.

As part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a RN 1, RN 2 or RN 3 depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s). No Civil Service test score is required in order to be considered for this vacancy.
