Duties and responsibilities
- Provide weekly updates with each roofer and contractor that refers to our claims.
- Be readily available to assist roofers and contractors by fielding calls, texts and emails to provide clarity and solutions
- Maintain contact with roofers and contractors throughout the claim related issues as they need
- Reach out to roofers and contractors to determine if they need assistance with any of the open claims we have
- Work closely and professionally with team members to ensure claims are moving at a steady pace.
As duties and responsibilities change and develop, the job description will be reviewed and subject to changes of business necessity.
Requirements
- Must have minimum 3 years Public Adjusting Experience (Required)
- Must continuously learn construction related to the claims we handle
Qualifications
- Strong Customer service skills
- Able to Take Training and Direction
- Communicates effectively and appropriately
- Understand and speak insurance industry jargon
This is a fully remote and salaried position.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,,000 per year based on experience.
