This is a fully remote position, but for training purposes our candidate must be located in the Buffalo, NY vicinity.
We are looking for a fully remote Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Exciting opportunity to grow with a quickly expanding facility maintenance company. Headquartered out of Buffalo - we now cover the New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida markets. We have existing relationships with several major national retail chains, and therefore all of the work is commercial in nature. We treat our employees like family, and we will expect you to treat our clients and coworkers in the same friendly and professional manner. We seek candidates who truly enjoy working in this field and those that possess attention to detail, time management, and take pride in their work.
The major functions of the job will include answering and directing phone calls and emails, creating and updating the work schedule, and updating clients on work progress. Billing and invoicing to a lesser extent.
Our ideal candidate will have the following skillsets:
*Attention to detail
*Very strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
*Adept in Technology - Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
*Proven experience as an administrative assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
