The Sarvestani Lab at Cornell University is taking applications for a full-time technician position
starting immediately, in the field of systems neuroscience. The position will start ASAP at the
Max Planck Florida Institute in Jupiter, FL and will continue at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY starting September 2023.
The Sarvestani Lab’s research focuses on the neural mechanisms involved in active visual perception, and on
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. neuroscience, biology, psychology, biomedical engineering, etc.) and experience working with research animals. Candidates must be organized, able to work well independently and in teams and have excellent communication skills. Candidates must be willing and comfortable working with lab animals.
