Responsibilities:

• 
  Answer the telephone in a warm, welcoming manner using appropriate etiquette.
• Maintain that welcoming and professional demeanor when greeting and interacting with guests and owners.
• Possess a strong knowledge of our nightly rental units.
• Good listening skills to pair the best unit to the prospective guest’s requirements while maximizing revenue.
• Make reservations, process special requests prior to guest’s arrival.
• Take action to resolve guest’s requests and/or issues after arrival, frequently working with other departments to ensure a positive outcome.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests.
• Make outbound sales calls and follow up on reservation inquiries.
• Actively solicit guest feedback.
• Practice punctuality and dependability when it comes to scheduled shifts.
• Follow company policies and procedures and ensure personal appearance is clean and professional.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by your supervisor.
