The Residential Facility Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring that our four Salt Lake City residences are running smoothly and safely with the support of our House Managers and Residential Leadership Team.

The successful House of Hope Applicant will:
Combine skills-development coaching for women in recovery, facility checks and safety management, project management, room searches, and supply inventory/coordination
Organize women to clean, decorate, and care for all rooms in all facilities in a safe and comfortable manner
Be responsible for handling donations and storage, home improvements
Check residents in/out of facilities
Report maintenance issues
Monitoring general functioning of the residential facilities
Assist with annual licensure of facilities
Maintain compassion and unconditional positive regard for clients
Demonstrate great communications skills, initiative, and positive energy
Be able/available to vary schedule based on special projects

Previous experience with non-profit or residential programs
Willing to work flexible hours, if needed
Able to lift 40-50 lbs., on occasion
Proficient computer skills
Education Required:
Bachelors Degree in field of communications, psychology, business, social work, etc. preferred but not required
Will accept experience in lieu of education
Hours/Schedule:
Fulltime - 40 hours/week
General Schedule: Monday Friday, 10:30am 7:00pm
Wages/Benefits:
$16.00 - $18.00, dependent upon experience
Full benefits package, including:

2x salary life insurance policy (no cost to employee)
Paid holidays, sick, and vacation (equivalent to 30+ days per year)
401(k) dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% after one year of employment (with vesting schedule)

Agency Requirements:
This is a non-smoking work site
Must be +21 years old
Must be able to pass background check and drug test
If in recovery, must have at least two years of sobriety
Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and be willing to be seasonally vaccinated against the flu
Must have personal reliable transportation and UT drivers license
