GreenLife Energy Solutions of Egg Harbor Township, NJ is looking for a full-time Residential Journeyman HVAC Service/Install Technician to install and service units in our customers’ homes. Full Job Description

Our Residential Journeyman HVAC Service/Install Technician will be expected to work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work available. We are offering $75,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience. The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Lead a team to install HVAC equipment and accessories
• Install heating, air conditioning, and ventilation, as well as accessories
• Design, fabricate, and install various ducts and duct fittings as required
• Perform start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and other components
• Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Effectively communicate with customer regarding questions, concerns, and problems.
• Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation work.
• Following standard procedures and process, ensure that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as needed
• Responsible for keeping installation vehicle clean and neat both inside and outside in keeping with the company's professional image
  
• Conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner upon entering a customer’s home.

Qualifications for our Residential Journeyman HVAC Service/Install Technician:

• At least 5+ years experience
• Passion for learning more about saving the planet and ways to improve our energy usage.
  
• Must be able to work in a high volume/high demand environment.
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Must follow all safety protocols.
• Possess strong work ethic and integrity.
• Ability to pass a Background and Drug Test
  
• Valid Drivers License
