Job description
Experienced Residential Program Director Needed for Growing DODD Company in the State of Ohio. Will direct the DODD residential program for Harrison, Belmont, and Jefferson counties.
Compensation: range based on experience and licenses.
Employment type: full-time
We are looking for a candidate who can offer at least 40 hours of work each week, who is faithful, available and teachable. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. Some weekend or after-hours work will be necessary. We value your time away from work and know the importance of you needing to take care of things for you.
Character Needed:
Respectful, honest, passionate, dependable and team-based attitude. You must have a strong work ethic, have attention to detail, be self-motivated and ready to pivot. Your integrity in these areas is more important to us than your work history, licenses, references, or skill set. We are one of the highest rated companies in our industry for service, and we view programing and community relations as an integral part of our overall success.
Basic Employment Requirements:
Specific employment experience in management is highly preferred but not necessary. You must be very organized, good with time management and communication. You must be a self-starter who is not afraid to request support with a proposed plan. You will need to be able to pass a criminal background check. You must possess basic computer knowledge.
Skills Needed:
You must be a self-starter and self-motivated individual who wants to make an impact and not just come to work. You will interact daily with individuals we support, their families, the community and referral sources. You will need to supervise a team to ensure the best supports and opportunities are provided. You will need to manage other sub-contractor work that is being done for us to ensure work is done accurately and properly. Again, due to our reputation for good service, we put an especially high priority on effective interactions.
Pay and Benefits:
Generous salary with vacation pay and benefits.
Qualified applicants should reply to this ad with the following information: detailed explanation of how you meet the character and skills that we are looking for, list of any professional licenses, and a resume is necessary.
