We are expanding to Texas and our first location will be located on the west side of Houston in Richmond, TX. We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us expand our customer base through the development of a new location. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management for minimum 10 years, with experience in operating a bar, and a willingness to take responsibility to ensure the restaurant is profitable. We are seeking candidates who have strong leadership skills, an ability to create a fun and inviting atmosphere, and a passion for customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team to ensure consistent production and quality of food items being offered.
- Ensure great customer service in the front of the house.
- Manage the operations of the bar.
- Use effective communication skills to resolve problems with customers.
- Manage inventory control and place orders to replenish.
- Being flexible and open to new marketing ideas to increase customer traffic and enhance sales.
- Ability to source and hire qualified employees for the restaurant.
- Plan and coordinate the team's work schedules and being flexible in filling in when there are shortages of staff.
- Being open minded to jump in and help out with any tasks during busy times.
- Ability to use computer and cash registers to track sales and cash transactions, and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Follow local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the restaurant and bar industry.
- Perform any tasks as requested by Owner.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
