Zorn Brew Works & The Brewery Lodge & Supper Club are looking for full time manager (s) for food beverage operations, events, as well as floor managers. Industry experience and craft beer knowledge preferred.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
Leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Handling team conflicts
Streamlining operations
Hiring and onboarding new employees
Ensuring and measuring guest satisfaction
Managing inventory
Managing finances
Enforcing COVID-19 safety protocol
Desired Skills:
Ability to resolve conflicts calmly
Experience working with a bookkeeper
Leadership skills
Customer service skills
Previous hiring experience
Front-of-house experience is a plus
Negotiating contracts with vendors
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Ability to present innovative ideas to restaurant owner
Experience:
3+ years of proven experience working in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, etc.)
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality management a plus
Banquet Manager Responsibilities
Planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including meetings with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Researching and booking event venues, catering services, entertainment, decorations, and other necessary resources.
Creating event timelines, budgets, and detailed plans to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
Managing event staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling servers, bartenders, chefs, and other personnel as needed.
Communicating with vendors and contractors to ensure that all equipment, supplies, and services are delivered on time and within budget.
Overseeing all aspects of event setup and breakdown, including coordinating with venue staff and ensuring that all decorations and equipment are set up properly.
Managing event logistics, including transportation, parking, and security.
Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event, and working with staff and vendors to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
Ensuring that events meet all legal and safety requirements, including permits, licenses, and insurance.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and guests, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,399.55 - $59,452.56 per year
