We are currently seeking committed, experienced Restaurant Managers and Assistant General Managers to join our growing brand. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a management or supervisory role in full service setting.
• A passion for service and understanding of what is needed to provide a high level of hospitality.
• Organized and detail-oriented & strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills required.
• Energetic and Enthusiast: capable of working a ten hour shift.
• Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations.
• Leadership skills and ability to make decisions quickly and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Exude professionalism and genuine warmth and care towards fellow partners, guests, vendors, business associates, etc.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and guide our service and experience standards and provide impactful coaching as needed.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs, impact positive candidate experience and selection and retain your team.
• Support with training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
