Summerlin Cafe is a popular local family owned and operated restaurant serving the community breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. We're constantly focused on innovation, attention to detail and quality in everything we do. We’re looking for positive, reliable and outgoing team players for full and part time positions to fill breakfast/lunch and dinner shifts. Dinner service ends at 8PM so you can make your money early and go home early!

Your Role with Summerlin Cafe:

Offer exceptional hospitality to each guest that walks through our doors.

Greet guests in a timely and professional manner and take their orders while answering questions about menu items, consistently and accurately describing and suggesting daily specials, drink specials and desserts.

Consistently delivering a high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that food orders are accurate.

Delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables rapidly and accurately.

Serve food and beverage orders within established time frames once the entire order is complete.

Complete all side work necessary at the beginning and end of every shift.

Work with the entire team in the front of the house and the kitchen to ensure the guest has the best possible experience.

We are looking for Candidates:

Ideally, with server experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant environment.

That are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality.

Who are passionate individuals that use their skills, knowledge and personality to provide a dining experience that exceeds all expectations.

Who are experienced in service, exhibit salespersonship, enjoy a fast-paced team environment, and thrive on creating exceptional guest experiences.

With open flexibility to work various shifts.

Evening(dinner) shift, Day/Morning(breakfast & lunch) shift, Weekend availability, Holidays
