introduction

the pepperrell cove group is looking for restaurant shift supervisors. we have three primary seating areas; bistro 1828 main dining room, the third floor ski club with outdoor deck seating, and frisbee’s wharf, our premier harborside outdoor venue. we offer a fast-paced and fun work environment along the seacoast with beautiful ocean views. happy to work with candidates of all skill levels, offering introductory to advanced management training. the right candidates looking to grow with the company will have the opportunity to do so.

daily overview

• supervisors will oversee each area on a rotating schedule.
• start each shift preparing the day with server section assignments, reviewing reservations and supervising sidework and cleaning schedules.
• work alongside service teams to ensure employee and guest satisfaction.
• be available for issuing voids, comps and discounts as needed, as well as guest recovery or billing issues.
• responsible for closing out the day.
• the general manager oversees all outlets and will be available for further support.
