Our Company Store Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with purchasing merchandise within the Company store.
Essential duties include the following:

• Operates computerized cash register, balances cash and receipts, and secures money
• Demonstrate knowledge about store merchandise
• Maintain clean and organized store appearance while stocking shelves
• Assist with pricing, tagging, and displaying merchandise
• Processes returns and exchanges
• Prepare merchandise for shipment as needed
• Work to meet/exceed store goals
• Receives and carries out instructions
• Provide additional schedule coverage as needed, not to exceed 25 hours/week
• Assist with annual store inventory
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships to meet or exceed customer expectations
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft office Suite or related software

Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePhysical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times

Certificates, Licenses and RegistrationsValid Driver's License

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
