In 2015 Bellami opened it's first store in the heart of West Hollywood, California. Within the last 3 years Bellami has opened locations in; Houston, Miami, Las Vegas, NYC and Vancouver and continues to grow. Every Beauty Bar location retails Bellami products and focuses on the education and customization of it's extensions.

Job Description

We are a close-knit team of professionals who are constantly learning and growing. Our Retail Sales Associates will be trained to become Bellami Specialists. We are goal-oriented and are passionate about the brand and our clients. Our growing business seeks an experienced, motivated Retail Sales Associates (Bellami specialist) to assist clients find what they are looking for while up-selling products and services that will enhance their investment. We are looking for professionals who can quickly absorb retail product knowledge and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reception work; answering phones/emails/voicemails, cashing clients out, booking appointments
• and checking in salon appointments
• Excels in customer service
• Assisting clients in picking out hair extensions
• Keeping communal areas and store clean
• Achieving personal daily sales goals
• Greeting customers
• Educating clients on our brand and products
• Networking
• Staying up to date with hairstyles and current beauty trends on social media
• Assisting in creating social media content
• Can attend off-site workshops, training, expos and events
• Has a reliable form of transportation
• Billingual- Spanish

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
