Job Overview

As part of the Fairvilla family, you will be challenged in an intimate, yet sometimes fast-paced International Drive setting, while educating local and international customers from around the world during their shopping experience. Sharing knowledge, building relationships, and making sure the customers have the best shopping experience are just part of daily life as a member of our sales team. This part-time position could become full-time depending upon the candidate and the needs of the location.

Fairvilla's Sexy Things is located on International Drive in Orlando and caters to a wide variety of customers from around the globe. Our location is focused on sexual wellness and intimacy while providing our customers a one on one personal shopping experience. Qualifications

• Be outgoing and personable with a professional, approachable appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Have flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts.
• Self-motivated.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Being bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sales Team members are responsible for a variety of activities, below are just a few areas members will encounter.

• Supports Store Management in the areas of sales, customer service, and store appearance.
• Demonstrate and apply company sales techniques and standards on the sales floor.
• Responsible for all aspects of the sales process from preparing mentally and physically, reviewing sales floor making to ensure it’s clean, stocked, and ready for the shift.
• Ensure the customers have the very best possible shopping experience and that the brand image lives up to expectations.
