Your Role
The Returns Clerk reports to a Manager and monitors the goods being returned to the Distribution Center.Your Responsibilities
- You will support and meet Kuehne+Nagel and customer goals within sphere of responsibility
- Maintain records of all incoming shipments
- Inspect returned items for damages and make determination if the product can be placed back into inventory
- Verify and receive product into inventory
- Process returns in WM system
- Complete all necessary records and reports
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entry
- Attain daily productivity goals
- Follow all safety procedures while performing job responsibilities
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
Your Skills and Experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year prior experience in a warehouse environment
- Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Basic technical and math skills
