Tri-County Health Care (TCHC) has a
Full-Time Revenue Cycle Analyst position open at the Wadena Campus. Our team is looking for a positive addition that can encompass the TCHC values, including integrity, humility and accountability. The primary function of this role is to provide optimization of the Revenue Cycle by ensuring that all processes are performed efficiently and effectively, and that all reporting, EHR systems, and other technology support these efforts.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday; 8:00 - 5:00pm with the option to work remotely. TCHC offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and retirement. Responsibilities required include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee maintenance of the chargemaster by incorporating new charges or services identified by departments and coding updates.
- Work with department directors and support clinical staff for new program and procedure developments and provide education for accurate charge capture.
- Responsible for ensuring that all Revenue Cycle related applications are optimized and support all functions that promote timely reimbursement and encounter resolution.
- Responsible for coordinating, implementing, training, and supporting ongoing compliance education and training for all revenue cycle staff and other departments of TCHC.
- Responsible for assisting leaders with ongoing monitoring of outstanding accounts receivable, DNFB, and other performance metrics to proactively identify and capitalize upon improvement opportunities.
- Analyzes financial and revenue cycle performance data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes.
- Explores potential sources of revenue leakage identified by performance indicators and responds with data-driven initiatives to improve net revenue
- Organizes statistical findings; interprets, simplifies, and presents information to champion initiatives to support data integrity and overall revenue cycle performance and efficiency

Education and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting
- Or combined years of relevant education and experience to perform the essential duties of this position.
Immunization requirements include: MMR, Hepatitis B (based on the position), Tdap, Varicella, Influenza, COVID-19.
