Job description

Location: Urgent Requirements in Boston Market -Job Requires Travel . We need a DT engineer with proven 5G experience who can help in ongoing collaboration to get field tests aligned.

Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct various types of RF testing in the field of 5G/LTE, WCDMA, UMTS, GSM and CDMA

· The testing may be driving in assigned cluster, stationary testing or walk tests in some cases

· Excellent written and communication skills

· Prior experience in telecommunication and wireless field is preferred

· Willing to work overtime and weekends if required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Duties include not but limited to:

  • Perform Data Collection on 5G/LTE/3G network using Nemo/XCAL/R&S/TEMS/Solutelia/SRS software .
  • Execute the required test scripts as per the defined test scope for each project .
  • Perform Cluster/SSV testing using Microsoft Street and Trips or DeLorme Street Atlas Navigation S/W.
  • Perform SSD testing and capture Download/Upload throughput on the data collection S/W along with the Speed test Ookla results .
  • Perform ATP ( Acceptance Test Performance ) drive test and check the handovers/functionality test of all the sectors for Data and Voice calls .
  • Upload the drive logs on the FTP server on daily basis for analysis .
  • Review layer 3 messages, investigate and resolve wireless network issue.
  • Validate accuracy of data after completing the testing and upload Error Free drive test data.
  • Ensure drive test data is stored on FTP server in a well-organized file structure readily available for clients for present and future use

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Boston, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
