MD Home Health is hiring RN Clinical Managers throughout the Greater Phoenix area.

We are seeking a Full-time Clinical Manager. Salary dependent upon experience. Must have home health experience.
The Clinical Manager will:
- Participate in Education, Training and Supervision to RN's and LPN's
- Supports the Intake and Staffing team to determine appropriate referrals.
- Understands Medicare Conditions of participation along with AHCCCS requirements.
- Be available for uncovered visits as needed.
- Have a passion to mentor new nurses to the home care arena.
Requirements:
- Degree from accredited school or program.
- Current State licensure as an RN.
- Minimum of three years of recent experience in home health with direct patient care.
- The Clinical Manager must have knowledge of both Medicare and Long-Term Patients.
- Minimum of one year management experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable - Personal transportation
- Valid AZ driver’s license, proof of insurance and registration
- Documents that show identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card*
- CPR and First Aid Certification*
- Pass background check
- Negative Tuberculosis (TB) Screening (performed on 1st day of employment)
- Article 9 (DDD only)
- Physician's statement of fitness for duty

- 8-hour shift Monday to Friday in office (not remote)
License/Certification:
- Registered Nurse License (Required)
