Job description
We are seeking a Home Care Nurse to support our residents and families through the healing process. The right candidate will demonstrate empathy, compassion, and responsiveness to the needs of our residents. Our Home Health Nurses will provide care to patients who need assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient's health condition and needs.
- Communicate health information to doctors or other medical professionals.
- Provide basic patient care services such as bed baths, wound care, and medication reminders.
- Work with a team of home health specialists.
- Work with clients to ensure they understand their condition and treatment options.
Job Types: Part-time, Travel nursing, PRN, Per diem
Pay: $37.00 per hour
