The ideal candidate is someone who has the following:
- 3 years’ of experience in Tile roofing, Shingle roofing, and Flat Patio roofing installations
- Carpentry experience a plus
- Production experience
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Capable of working on rooftops, climbing ladders, etc.
- Capable of working in extreme environments (hot sun, cold, attics, etc.)
- Capable of completing physical labor tasks, including lifting a minimum of 50lbs
- A valid Driver's License (with a clean driving record)
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
What you’ll do:
- Communicate clearly & effectively throughout their entire project
- Travel to different work locations
- Assemble roofing materials including asphalt shingles, metal panels, slate and wood shingles
- Engage in strenuous activity required to install, tear off, carry, & dispose of roofing material
- Install materials and build and maintain roofs
- Utilize various job-related hand tools and equipment including carpentry and power tools
- Keep the jobsite clean & the area safe
