Compensation for this full-time position is $22.75 - $26.13/hr DOE, and includes BGV's Total Compensation package:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include without limitation:
- Uphold BGV culture and standards, ensuring that all interactions with owners, guests, coworkers and others are positive, professional, courteous, and respectful.
- Timely inspect all rooms, informing Guest Services staff that they are 100% guest-ready, no later than 4:00 pm.
- Assign staff when additional cleaning, repairs, or other actions are needed, taking personal responsibility to timely complete the work when necessary.
- Ensure that all work is done safely and maintain Safety Data Sheets.
- Interact with Engineering and Guest Services staff to ensure room quality and meet check-in deadlines.
- Ensure all housekeeping storage areas and carts are stocked and organized before the start of each shift.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order.
- Attend and participate in daily staff meetings.
- Assist with monthly inventory counts and maintaining par levels of inventory.
- Communicate effectively, responding promptly to emails, voicemails, HotSOS, WhatsApp and other messages.
- Wear proper uniform and name badge, adhering to company appearance standards.
- Help train, support, engage, develop and retain Housekeeping department staff, ensuring high levels of quality and productivity.
- Attend and participate in department and companywide meetings and trainings.
- Pursue personal learning and development, creating and achieving performance review goals.
