At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. IRD Specialists are responsible for taking and upselling guest requests for Room Service, presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature, cleaning and clearing guest floors and landings. At various times, F&B Leads may be asked to assist in other areas as needed. F&B Leads engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general in room dining preparation, removal of serving trays, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Qualifications

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.//
  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Prior serving experience preferred.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
  • TABC and Food Handler certification required.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
