Route Delivery Driver – Salem, Va
Days: Monday-Friday – 5 Day Work Week – No nights/weekends!
Job Summary
- Total Income- $45K-$60K, plus additional benefits

Job Responsibilities
- Make 20-25 deliveries per day in company owned trucks to convenience stores, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, colleges, hospitals and restaurants.
- Pack product into freezer and collect money for delivery.
- Work with existing customers to grow sales
- Willingness to contribute to the needs of the team as needed, whether it is delivering product or helping move equipment
Job Requirements
- Must pass a preemployment drug screen
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum age: 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- A winning attitude and drive to be successful
- Longevity at previous jobs and a desire for a long-term career
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work long hours, including 10-12 hour days
- Most Drivers start their day at 5am
- Previous route sales experience, preferred
- Candidate must have good driving record and be able to pass all DOT requirements
