Our facility, The Grass Station, is a newly established storefront and manufacturing facility expanded from our mobile "Canna Bus". Our facility is a multi-functional production/manufacturing facility, with a retail front end (smoke shop). We are currently looking for someone to manage the operations of one of our mobile busses.

Our busses can either be found traveling around our local tourist spots (Beaches, Downtown, Gulfport), or at large events in Central Florida. When on route, the bus will travel the Pinellas Beaches approx. 5-11pm on Fridays and Saturdays, 12-5pm on Sundays, and optional other days. During Events, the bus could be anywhere in Central Florida, possibly overnight. Events will take precedence over routes. We have just launched our second bus.

We are looking for a responsible, driven, and flexible individual with impressive ability to problem-solve and adapt to changes to Manage one of our busses. Manager duties and responsibilities include working closely with our owner to schedule local events, attending and staffing events, operating the bus on sales routes, working with customers to determine their needs and answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. This will mean you will be responsible for taking the bus, along with your sales rep, on weekend routes. You will also be attending and overseeing both local, and regional events. This position will also require occasional overnights during out-of-town events, when applicable, which will come with a per diem.

* This position will require driving routes with your sales associate, and attending regional events (sometimes overnight). YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.

• Become knowledgeable in all of our products in order to assist customers
• Be able to maintain a professional demeanor when necessary
• Be able to manage your own time to maximize sales (know how to place yourself into the right crowds, and know when to relocate)
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Welcome customers and answer their queries
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Maintain and record stock levels
• Submit Financial Reports
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross sell products
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, optimizing bus routes, attending local events)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
