Summary
The Sales and Catering Coordinator supports the Sales, Catering, and Marketing disciplines with excellent administrative and organizational skills. This position's responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Performing general office duties to support Sales & Catering (e.g., filing, sending emails, copying)
· Preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders)
· Entering, retrieving, reconciling, and verifying information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process.
· Serving as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Requirements:
- Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel skills; Delphi experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
