Position Summary
Sales Associates are our direct connection to our customers and represent the company with every customer interaction.
You make the difference between a satisfied and dissatisfied customer. You are the lifeblood of the company and the workforce that keeps the company moving. Sales Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and executing daily tasks assigned by Managers and Supervisors to reach goals and achieve company objectives. This includes new getting client meetings, client conversion, pre-sales and service execution. Sales Associates must make training and education a regular part of their work activities. Sales Associates must work in coordination with Supervisors and managers to execute daily tasks designed to facilitate the needs and enhance the service experience of our client. Sales Associates must understand company’s vision and goals and have the skills to help the coampny achieve those goals.
Major Responsibilities
The major responsibilities for this position include:

• Regularly and properly execute the basic S.A.L.E.S. process. Clients are the #1 priority
• Ready to knock on doors and make phone call, hunting for new clients.
• Report all concerns or incidents to management in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Work with Supervisors and Management team to accomplish company goals
• Assist in the training and development of your fellow Sales Associates

Minimum Requirements
The minimum requirements for this position include:

• Education/Training: High School degree, or equivalent.
• Positive attitude is a must
• Skills/Knowledge: Strong work ethic and desire to learn
• Excellent client service skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to be self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple projects and task
• Ready to travel nationally for client meeting.
