Looking for inside only salespeople to assist in selling land, ranch, recreational, and investment properties. English or Spanish speaking.

We are a Real Estate Development company that sells properties in Duchesne County, just 40 minutes Southeast of Heber City, near Strawberry and Starvation reservoirs. We have simple, in-house financing that is affordable on nearly any budget, where everyone is qualified to buy. We have an extremely easy purchasing process and many affordable properties.

This is a huge market with a ton of earning potential. Potential income ranging from $52,000-$200,000+ / year.

Offices located in Heber City and Fruitland.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue goals while responding efficiently to customer inquiries. All leads are generated through advertising and marketing, no cold-calling required.
• Developing relationships with clients and assisting them in finding the right fit for them in our inventory of lots.
• Primary duties include outbound calling and e-mail communication with the goal of setting up appointments for them to meet us in our Fruitland office to take a tour of properties.
• Managing pipeline of leads with consistent, reliable, and valuable interactions.

Qualifications:

• Independent and self-motivated.
• Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Determined in finding answers and solutions for customers.
• Love for outdoor activities; camping, boating, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, etc.
