Responsibilities:*

• Engage with customers, assessing needs and making project product recommendations;
• Deliver an outstanding customer service experience by being knowledgeable on product applications and offerings;
• Make local deliveries to job sites and customers in Company vehicles;
• Order processing, accurate tinting and shaking of paint, product and pricing inquiries;
• Inventory processes, receiving duties; putting away, rotating stock, etc;
• Participate in keeping the store organized, clean, tidy, and inviting;
• All other store operational duties as assigned;
• Demonstrate respectful and inclusive treatment of others which embodies our Workplace Fairness program; possess a collaborative and positive attitude.

Qualifications / Requirements:*

• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass required pre-employment background screens;
• Present & maintain a valid driver's license & acceptable DMVR;
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, PPE rules, and COVID-19 store protocols;
• High School Graduate or GED equivalent; basic mathematical skills, fully conversant, speaking and listening;
• Punctual attendance is required; scheduling must remain flexible & available;
• The work environment consists of physical conditions typical of a retail store;
• Full-physical mobility is required to perform this job; constant standing and the ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs. with assistance.
