Nashville Threads Retail Store is hiring for a FT Sales Lead Position!

Offering locally inspired gifts, Nashville Threads is the premiere shopping destination before departing BNA. This unique shopping destination is located inside the Nashville International Airport on Concourse C. Airports are the new malls and this is not like retail in malls or shopping centers! You’ll have amazing hours compared to other retail stores.

We are only looking for Sales Leaders with a desire for flexible availability as schedules consist of days, evenings, weekends and holidays. These are not traditional retail hours, so check us out! We offer a competitive hourly rate, and benefits for FT.

You must be self-motivated, positive, and possess a passion for fostering a great sense of teamwork. We are seeking candidates with a passion for driving results through a team. Candidates must be able to model the behaviors that achieve sales goals and deliver phenomenal customer experiences every day. You must exhibit uncommonly high standards and be committed to operational excellence. Leadership, customer service, sales, stocking, cleaning and inventory control are all a part of this great opportunity!

Who You Are

• Positive and energetic attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, hospitality-driven atmosphere

• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, a plus.

• Previous leadership experience, a plus.

• Ability to drive results and complete tasks through others

• Ability to engage a team and support a harmonious work environment.

• Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work a variety of shifts, which includes nights and weekends.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills and not afraid to approach others to engage in conversation

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.

• Ability to twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, racks and hooks as well as place items on floor, shelves, racks and hooks.

• Ability to push/pull receiving equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at floor level and above shoulder height.

• Ability to work at a safe and steady pace.

• Must be able to pass a background check, and Airport Badging process.
