K & L Plumbing and Heating is looking to add a Sales Manager to their team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Residential and light commercial Plumbing & HVAC
· Bid jobs from prints and site visits
· Assist in management of sold jobs on site
Qualifications:
· Must have 5 years minimum experience with an HVAC/Plumbing firm
· Preferred 10 years
· Must be proficient in excel, Word and basic estimating programs
· Must be familiar with Michigan Plumbing, Mechanical and fuel gas codes
· Must have knowledge of both mechanical and plumbing products
Compensation and benefits:
Competitive benefit package and salary commensurate with experience after an onsite interview. Compensation is largely dependent on experience and abilities. Up to $65,000.00.
