We are a rapidly growing company in the call center industry, providing excellent customer service and sales support to a wide range of clients. We are looking for a seasoned Call Center Sales Manager who can lead a team of sales representatives and drive metrics to achieve company goals.

Qualifications/Experience

· Minimum of 5 years of Call Center Leadership experience.

· Minimum 2 Years in Sales, Financial Services, Mortgage or Lending Required

· Minimum 2 Years in Management Position Required (In Financial Industry Preferred)

· In Depth Experience with Salesforce CRM and/ or Debt Pay Pro preferred

· Excellent Communication Skills-Written and Verbal

· In Depth Experience Managing KPI’s

· In Depth Experience Coaching, Monitoring, and Mentoring

· Proven Track Record of Leading a Call Center Team of at Least 20 Reps

Responsibilities

· Coach and mentor sales representatives to increase their productivity and meet sales targets.

· Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales metrics, such as conversion rates, call volume, and revenue.

· Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales processes and workflows.

· Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills and performance of sales representatives.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team.

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including scheduling, performance reviews, and goal setting.

· Communicate company goals and individual performance objectives to sales team

· Create and handle parts of new hire training as well as continued development training for the team

· Manage and monitor agent sales pipes in Salesforce/DPP

· Drive performance metrics of each sales agent to achieve monthly revenue targets

· Monitor Compliance, Sales Calls and Closing Ratios

· Daily Availability Required 8:00am - 6:00pm M-F (alternating Saturday availability)

Other desirable experience

· Proven record of accomplishment managing large teams in a call center environment.

· Experience with sales driving KPI’s, metrics, forecasting and data analysis to drive results.

· Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop sales representatives.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, sales reps, and management.

· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
