Tri-County Roofing & Gutters in Valparaiso, IN is looking to hire a full-time Sales Representative. The pay for this position starts at $600/week plus 5% commission on gross sales, with half paid at the time of sale and the other half paid once the job is complete. As you gain more experience and achieve goals, your commission will increase to 9% with the opportunity to increase from there based on performance. Our current top sales reps gross over $100,000/year! We also offer the following excellent benefits:

WORK SCHEDULE

We mainly stick to Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. However, there may be times when a customer's schedule requires an earlier or later appointment or an appointment on a Saturday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and meets the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a sales rep
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel)

Roofing experience is a plus (not required)!
