SUMMARY: The Closer position is primarily responsible for closing direct deals quoted and prospect relationship and increasing revenue and profit by achieving high closure ratios. This position serves as the primary contact for direct clients and is responsible for client satisfaction through the sales process. This position is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service and leadership to direct accounts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Cleary understand and follow the Kundel Sales Process.
  • Introduce the client/prospect to Kundel and explain the sales process.
  • Explain the order tracking system to prospect.
  • Understand the 10 Touch Steps and your role in the process. (Step 5,6, & 10).
  • Maximize GPM for Kundel.
  • Follow priorities set from Sales Process Manager.
  • Be proficient in Businessman, Smartsheet, and necessary items through the sales process.
  • Successfully communicate Kundel’s Value Proposition to prospects.
  • Develop list of prospect objections and script the answers for future.
  • Align the Kundel solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date sales pipeline.
  • Document closure ratio and the reasons why won and lost.
  • Notify team when winning or losing trends become apparent.
  • Past Customer Follow Up – Sales Process Manager will provide list existing accounts based on past revenue and quantity of touch points per year A, B, and C customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collect Signed Quote, Drawings, Purchase Order, and Required Payment and give to Sales Manager.
  • Update Sales Process Manager on anything that will affect the closing process or customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Hardworking, resourceful, motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
  • High school education or GED required
  • Minimum 1 year sales or related experience in a target driven environment preferred
  • Excellent communication skills; courteous and professional, yet persistent
  • Ability to manage your time, prioritize duties and multitask when necessary
  • Flexible and adaptable, being able to tailor your message to the client's needs, personality style, and position
  • Customer focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high transaction environment
