ID&C is looking for Sales and Customer Experience Representative - Festivals Division to join our Festivals, Events and Hotel sales teams in Bradenton, Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company in the live event and hospitality industry. If you are an organized self-starter with excellent communication skills, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, then you could be perfect for this role. Sales or customer service experience is a big bonus, but if you can get behind our passion to deliver the best quality products and service to our customers, then we believe we can teach you the rest.

What You Will Do:

• Help retain and grow customer accounts, including contacting customers via email and phone.
• Process quotations, orders, and sample requests
• New Business development: take inbound leads, make outbound calls/emails, attend tradeshows.
• Maintain company’s customer database with accurate information and detail.
• Communicate with all departments in the organization: Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design, Logistics, Finance and Production.

What you will need:

• Proven ability with Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook email
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Experience with CRM is a bonus.
