Sales Training Coordinator - Apex, NC

The Blueprint (Role Summary):

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Training. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of ATG Academy. Additionally, this role will manage customer visits and day to day operations fulfillment of the IMPACT Team. This role will also have responsibility for registration and end-of-class evaluation for the classes held at ATG Academy. Finally, this role encompasses as day-to-day administration support for the IMPACT Team. Come build your future with us!

The Build (Responsibilities):

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Communicate training opportunities to employees and provide guidance on training requirments
  • Maintian training records and ensure compliance with training requirments
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars

  • Maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other training resources
  • Keep up-to-date with trends and best practices in training and development
  • Support the daily activities of our on-site training facility
  • Serve as point of contact for trainings and customer events
  • Manage ordering and inventory of office supplies and training equipment
  • Distribute and maintain database of end-of-class evaluations
  • Support of LMS (Learning Management System) to include managing enrollment, monthly report-outs, assisting power users, auditing logged hours, and being primary point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Assist field sales team with logistical support of training and marketing events


The Toolbox (Qualifications):

  • 3+ years of administrative or customer service experience required
  • Organized, reliable, detail-oriented and able to follow up on tasks
  • Multi-tasker, capable of prioritizing, managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience a plus
